Refund and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of original artworks and limited edition pieces sold through breathecreativity.net, all sales are final.

Each artwork offered on our platform is either a one-of-a-kind original piece or a limited edition item. Once delivered, the artwork cannot be resold as new. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

We strongly encourage buyers to carefully review all artwork details, including images, dimensions, materials, and descriptions before completing a purchase.

2. Damaged Artwork Claims

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
  • Photographs of the external packaging and shipping box
  • A brief description of the damage

Once your claim is received with sufficient documentation, we will review the case and coordinate with our shipping insurance provider to determine the appropriate resolution.

Possible Resolution Options

  • Full refund of the artwork purchase price (excluding shipping fees)
  • Replacement with the same artwork (if available)
  • Professional restoration of the artwork where appropriate

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for compensation.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been packaged or dispatched.

Once an artwork has been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be considered final.

4. Exhibition Purchases

Artworks purchased during exhibitions organized or managed by Breathe Creativity may remain on display until the exhibition concludes. In such cases, delivery will occur after the event ends.

All exhibition purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations caused by screen display differences
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or local fees
  • Artwork collected in person after inspection
  • Damage occurring after delivery confirmation

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the artwork has been delivered to the address provided during checkout and delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery confirmation unless caused by shipping damage documented within the 48-hour claim window.

7. Custom & Commissioned Artworks

All commissioned, custom-made, or made-to-order artworks are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

8. Digital Artworks & NFTs

All sales of digital artworks, downloadable art files, or NFTs are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital artwork or NFT has been transferred to the buyer’s wallet or download access has been granted, the transaction cannot be reversed.

9. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account restriction and potential legal action where applicable.
