4. Artwork Listings, Availability & Descriptions

  • All artworks are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We strive to display artwork details accurately, including images, dimensions, and descriptions.
  • Minor variations in color may occur due to screen and device differences.
  • Historical, editorial, or informational content on the website is provided “as is” and may change without notice.

5. Pricing & Modifications

  • Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

6. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce-supported third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been packaged or dispatched. Once an artwork has been dispatched (or prepared for shipment), cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on artwork size, packaging requirements, and destination.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout or communicated prior to confirmation.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the courier and destination.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any local fees.
  • Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.

9. Refunds, Returns & Damaged Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artworks and limited edition pieces, all sales are final except in strictly limited cases (such as damage during shipping), as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

If an artwork arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide required evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be rejected.

10. Exhibition Purchases & Display Period

Artworks purchased during exhibitions may remain on display until the exhibition concludes unless agreed otherwise. Delivery or collection may occur after the event ends. Exhibition purchases are final and non-refundable.

11. Artist Submissions, Applications & Participation

The website may include application processes (e.g., submitting artworks to exhibit, registering for events, or partnership requests). Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may accept, reject, or request modifications to submissions at our sole discretion.
  • You confirm you have the right to submit the materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
  • We may contact you using the details provided in your application or submission.

12. Authenticity & Certificates

Artworks sold through our platform are presented as original works unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where applicable, a Certificate of Authenticity may be provided by the artist or seller.

All website content (including text, images, branding, and layout) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. The artist retains all intellectual property rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.
